Coordinate
the process of graphic materials arriving into and/or being developed
by the Marketing & Creative Services department. This involves
working with many areas within the Marketing department to ensure
deadlines are determined, adjusted as necessary, communicated throughout
the department and ultimately met to deliver marketing materials to
support ticket sales.
This includes
but is not limited to the following items:
a) Domestic
Engagement Marketing Materials: newspaper ads, line art, games,
trayliners, teachers kit's, FSIs, patches, FTP thumbnail sheets,
PR backdrops, standee's, posters for Lobby.
b) Web Materials
Domestic & International: E-buzz, Ticketmaster, AOL, Title Ads,
3rd party images, splash pages and skyscraper ads.
c) Corporate
Materials: sponsorship kits, CEC materials (folder, letterhead,
mailing labels), DVD slip sheets, holiday cards, business cards,
recruitment flyers, brochures and calendars.
d) International
Marketing Materials: ordering and shipping items from stock, tracking
and pricing orders, keeping pricing and request records, art requests,
job requests, settlement sheets
