The Colorful and Musical World of DreamWorks Trolls Comes to Life in NYC

 Through an Interactive Experience Now Open

 

NEW YORK – (October 22, 2018) – As a result of a strong, early demand for tickets, Feld Entertainment, Inc., in partnership with Universal Brand Development, is extending the run of DreamWorks Trolls The Experience in New York City for an additional five months. Located at 218 West 57th Street, the first-of-its-kind, location-based, social-worthy adventure that brings to life the colorful and musical world of DreamWorks Trolls will now run October 22, 2018 through May 12, 2019.

“We’re excited to see such a strong, positive reaction from fans who want to be immersed into the world of DreamWorks Trolls,” said Jeff Meyer, Senior Vice President of Event Marketing and Sales for North America, Feld Entertainment. “We’ve sold tens of thousands of tickets through the end of 2018 before our doors have even opened. The demand is evident, and we have now opened reservations for group outings and birthday parties. 

“We designed a unique, 90-minute interactive family entertainment experience in collaboration with a wildly-successful franchise. Like all of our Feld Entertainment properties, this experience will create lasting memories for children and their families for years to come. I’m thrilled that our expanded dates will open the doors to the world of DreamWorks Trolls to even more families,” added Meyer.

We are thrilled with the response from fans and are excited to open up more dates for guests to come and enjoy this interactive experience.”

Guests will be transported into the glittery lifestyle of the DreamWorks Trolls through a visually-stunning, interactive journey, inviting them to join Poppy’s Best Day Ever Celebration. Guided by a rainbow path, visitors will begin their journey at the Hair We Go Salon for a Trolls makeover and then will make their way to Branch’s Musical Mashup to create custom beats. After collecting floating gems in the Caterbus and stopping for interactive play at Critter Creek along the way, guests continue on an immersive adventure filled with social media moments as they make their way to the 3D dance party at Poppy’s Best Day Ever! Celebration. Guests will end their adventure in Memory Mile, where they can snap pictures and meet with Poppy before they create a scrapbook celebrating their Best Day Ever.

The ticket price includes DreamWorks Trolls collectables, makeover accessories, temporary tattoos, 3D glasses, a keepsake starter scrapbook and a complimentary printed photo. After the experience concludes, guests can peruse the shop for their favorite DreamWorks Trolls souvenirs or grab sweets made by City Bakery from the Cupcakes & Rainbows café.

The live, location-based family experience is the first partnership of its kind between Universal Brand Development and Feld Entertainment. DreamWorks Trolls The Experience is inspired by the hugely popular DreamWorks Trolls film, which premiered in theaters in 2016 and opened at No. 1 in 28 international markets. Picking up where the film left off, the highly-popular original series, DreamWorks Trolls: The Beat Goes On! is streaming now on Netflix, with new episodes premiering on November 2, 2018. The franchise has grown to become one of the largest global family entertainment brands with an all-new film, DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls World Tour, set to debut in theaters worldwide in 2020.
