The Pit Party Tech Official is responsible for ensuring that team members are trained in safety operations and well prepared to provide a seamless, interactive and exciting experience for our patrons.   • Assist with set-up, activation, and tear-down of the pit party for each week throughout the calendar year.
  • Conduct inspections of all vehicles that are participating in the pit party experience.

The Animatronic Technician works backstage assisting in building, maintaining, and running large scale animatronic props as determined by supervisors in conjunction with the guidelines of best practices during performances. Assists in directing local crews, loading and unloading, and assembling and disassembling of all related show equipment. Conducts regular maintenance in an effort to preserve the high integrity and professionalism of the company and its equipment. This position will be working in conjunction with other Animatronic Team members with varieties of specialties to create a well-rounded and successful production.

Essential Functions
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical and pneumatic systems, including but not limited to PID or loop control, Beckhoff or comparable PLC training, actuators, and Servo drives.
  • Assist with training performers on appropriate controllers and puppets to allow them to safely execute performance tracks.
  • Work on a rotating schedule with other animatronic technicians to perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance on all possible components, in compliance with manuals and in accordance with the maintenance schedule, training and/or prescribed procedure.

  • At least two (2) years of experience with Servos, animatronics, or pneumatic/electrical systems in a live entertainment setting is preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of MIG/TIG welding experience, welding certification preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical problems, and repair or replace mechanical and electrical components as necessary.
  • A working understanding of electrical and pneumatic schematics, and also comprehend technical manual instruction.
  • Ability to work on ladders and/or within confined spaces for long periods of time.  
  • Knowledge and ability to use hand tools, specialty equipment related to Servos/actuators, and small motors.

The Athletic Trainer is responsible for implementing athletic training regimes, targeting workplace injury prevention. Within the scope of their licensed / certified expertise, the athletic trainer will administer prescribed treatment, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries within the guidelines set forth by AIG and workers compensation. Coordinates the administration of workers compensation programs for their assigned touring show. Works directly with the traveling show, Feld corporate offices, and as directed by workers compensation physicians to ensure proper treatment is being administered along with preventative care. Assists in the day to day operations of the Unit in conjunction with the guidelines of best practices for the Show and Touring Operations.

  • Possess licensure and/or certification by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification (NATABOC).
  • Professional state licensure.
  • Certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Responder training required.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically 100% of the time. Must have valid driver’s license and passport.

The Activation Tour Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the activation team overseeing a Monster Jam truck display representing Spin Master Monster Jam toys at select retail locations throughout Mexico City, Mexico. Job Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience managing and activating for experiential marketing campaigns on a national level is preferred.
  • A CDL-A driver’s license with a clean driving record a plus
  • Must have a current motorcycle license and working knowledge of the motorcycle industry.
  • Ability to work with teammates and be an integral part of the team environment.
  • Proven ability to work closely with supervisor(s) in receiving, understanding, and executing event details and direction.
  • Be socially engaging and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences, including client and client representatives, guests, vendors, and teammates.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair tour assets.

Support of FCP operation (loading/unloading, set-up and move equipment.  Takes the lead for setup and tear down all sales locations and activities in pit party.  Participate in operating FCP activities that include but not limited to an inflatable Slide, Ride Ons, Ride Truck and Photo Stand.  Assists in being on call during the show for “damage control” which includes dealing with customer complaints, technical issues with power and credit card terminals, trash on concourse, monitoring displays and vendors.  They operate small equipment such as forklifts, lulls, scissor lifts and golf carts.

The Ice Floor Technician oversees and performs the installation, removal, and maintenance of portable ice floors worldwide.  Must be able to travel 100% of the year. Must maintain and operate the Zamboni, trouble shoot and perform basic repairs to the Chillers, generators, and ice floor systems in accordance with EPA and OSHA regulations and Ice Dept. Operations Best Practices. Supervise and assists labor crews of up to 30 people.  The Ice Technician will maintain, repair and refurb all equipment that comes back to the shop.  The Ice Technician is expected to perform all duties assigned.
