The Manager, Equipment & Refurbishment manages warehouse facility for the refurbishment & repair of concessions equipment to support all touring units with their concession equipment and fixed asset needs.  Budget responsibility is </= $100,000.00.

Essential Job Functions
  • Coordinates warehouse space and support needs with touring management in repairing and refurbishing concession equipment for all tours.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all concession assets that are stored in the concessions warehouse by:
  • Receives, document, & secure all assets assigned to warehouse (not including tour assigned equipment).
  •   Tag and log any asset with a value >/= $500.00 with FCP ID or as directed.
  • Transfer equipment between touring units as directed.
  • Fulfills tour requests for equipment replacement, stock supply, and uniform items.
  • Maintains specific warehouse storage for tools, cameras, credit card machines, uniforms, food machines and concession related supplies.  Ensures warehouse cleanliness and organization. 
  • Enters inventory information on all warehouse items into warehouse management/inventory system.
  • Works with Purchasing Department in the purchase, tracking, and delivery of concession equipment including:
  • Researching new equipment & supply sources.
  • Develop local network of services providers to assist in onsite refurbishment/repair of equipment.
  • Oversees the processing and recording of all FCP requests for equipment repair or purchases.
  • Manages fleet of vans, trailers, & shipping containers by:
  • Coordinating licensing and DOT inspections with Feld Transportation Dept.
  • Reports excessive wear & damages up mgmt. chain and coordinates repair and maintenance as directed.
  • Assigns fleet assets to touring units as instructed by VP of domestic tours.
  • Assists Transportation Dept. in liquidating fleet assets as instructed.
  • Hires, trains, and supervises 2 warehouse employees.  Support employee positions suspended until business volume warrants.
Job Requirements
  • Associates degree in business or warehouse/inventory mgmt. or equivalent combination of work and education.
  • Three years related warehouse/inventory experience.
  • Ability to drive a forklift.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet utilization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build cooperative work relationships throughout the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands inherent to a warehouse environment such as lifting, climbing, walking, standing, bending while working.
