  • Perform ongoing monthly review and analysis of all indirect tax-related transactions and liabilities in the general ledger to insure proper accounting and financial reporting of tax-related expenses, assets and liabilities in accordance with the company’s internal accounting policies.
  • Assist in supporting annual audits, communication with outside auditors (both private and government) and related inquiries from foreign taxing authorities. 
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA, Masters in Tax or J.D. preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years combined Domestic or International tax compliance experience, indirect/state and local tax compliance in a public account firm or a medium to large size multi-national company.
  • Foreign language skills preferred. Spanish a plus.
  • Proficient with MS EXCEL, WORD, VISO, PowerPoint.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills; along with a positive and professional demeanor.

Essential Job Functions
  • Open/Close bank accounts as required.
  • Complete all required KYC forms to keep accounts compliant and available.
  • Work closely with bank contacts to stay advised of any new products that could be added to our infrastructure to improve performance or reduce cost. 
  • Assist with the implementation of any new products.
  • Troubleshoot banking issues encountered by other departments.
  • Review worldwide system of bank accounts for fees and optimization efforts. 
  • Make sure list of signers and individuals who can access are up to date at all times. 
  • Work with touring teams to open any new accounts required to support touring efforts.
  • Analyze current balances, forecasted expenditures and existing currency hedges to determine opportunities to repatriate funds back to operating account.
  • Coordinate vendors payments and processing method for certain international payments with AP group.
  • Make certain payroll payments and international payments using banking software in various countries.
  • Update banking letters with depository banks and communicate changes to operations teams for each location.
  • Reconcile daily transactions within treasury workstation and adjust forward forecast to reflect company updates and changes. 
  • Communicate changes to expected cash balances to management and make paydown or borrowing decisions based on results of forecast.
  • Work with internal departments to collect and improve their forecasting.
  • Lead quarterly effort with business managers to collect advance funds for upcoming shows.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with credit card processors and internal users. 
  • Coordinate delivery of handheld terminals and assist the operations teams with any issues arising from credit card sales and processing.
  • Lead weekly call with key card processors and internal teams to stay coordinated on issues.
  • Coordinate borrowing/paydown decisions with banking group.
  • Communicate rate decisions related to outstanding borrowings with bank group and relevant internal groups and management 
  • Research and resolve any deposit discrepancies.
  • Arrange for armored car support in cities where in person delivery is not possible.
  • Review opportunities for new banking products to ease cash burden on operations (P2P payments, cardless transactions, smart safes, etc.)
  • Assist with the development and support of new department initiatives.
  • Additional job duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of general treasury, cash management, foreign exchange, and/or banking.
  • Experience in standard Microsoft products with an emphasis in Excel.
  • Banking program and treasury workstation experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and research skills. Detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in foreign language is a plus.
