The Account Manager, Operations is a vital part of representing the Global Partnerships team off and on-site at various FELD events. Essential Functions
  • Keep an open line of communication with the Senior Director and Senior Account Managers to relay all details needed to successfully implement and execute partner activations at events.
  • Maintains control over all GP partner activation communication by attending various meetings throughout each week leading up to each event.
  • Responsible for managing local crews, loading, unloading, assembling, and disassembling all activation equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensures the safety of all staff and guests, keeping the activation area clear of all hazards.
  • Responsible for maintaining GP activation inventory and communicating when items need to be reordered or refurbished.
  • Maintains all labor, equipment, and BA orders for partners activating on-site.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service towards partners and venue staff.
  • Responsible for following rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by “Feld Entertainment, Inc.” best practices as they pertain to the event.
Job Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Motorsports processes and equipment.
  • Live event experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 25 weeks/weekends throughout the year. Includes 20 SX/SMX Races.

The Assistant Activation Tour Manager/Monster Jam Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Monster Jam Display Truck as part of a Monster Jam truck display program representing Spin Master Monster Jam toys at select retail locations throughout Mexico City, Mexico. The ideal bilingual candidate must have an extensive mechanical background, preferably with monster trucks or other competition motorsports vehicles, and will serve as part of a team responsible for maintenance and general upkeep of the display vehicle and serve as an ambassador of the brand(s) working with local contacts and communicating with consumers at retail locations over the course of this month-long program.

Essential Functions
  • Under the direction of the Tour Manager and Shop Management, support a team of three touring staff to manage a touring truck display experience throughout Mexico City, Mexico to, from, and between events and other locations in a safe and timely manner.
  • Oversee all set-up, activation, and tear-down of the experience for multiple displays in a week over the course of a three-week program.
  • Perform Race Team duties as instructed by the Team Crew Chief and Shop Management including maintenance and general upkeep of the Monster Jam display truck.
  • Maintain some paperwork for assigned Monster Truck Transport Vehicle, including but not limited to, paperwork, service records, expense reports, and inspections.
  • Maintenance, service, and repairs for assigned Monster Truck and Monster Truck Transport Vehicle.
  • Perform all mechanical procedures as instructed by the Team Crew Chief or Shop Management.
  • Learn and clearly communicate all brand talking points and conversations with event attendees, fans, and retail consumers.
  • Support documentation and reporting of any critical tour information back to the in-office Activations team accurately and on time. This includes taking photos, taking inventory of product sales, and reporting back metrics and notes on each event day.
  • Help coordinate event logistics with local retail managers and/or venue management staff ensuring the venue is properly informed and prepared for the activation and that the tour team is maintaining a safe, efficient, and timely schedule.
  • Proactively acknowledge, engage, and interact with all Guests. Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting.
  • Responsible for the safe operation, set up, display, and tear down, of a Monster Jam display truck for multiple event days within an activation week. Training will be provided.
  • Able to tour and travel on the road full-time for the duration of the tour – approx. 6 weeks.
  • Personal presentation must be kept neat, clean, and visually appealing to all the Guests. Team Members are expected to uphold cleanliness in the Experience and at specific work locations.
  • Keep all equipment clean and functioning properly. Perform checks, and routine maintenance, of all equipment regularly.
  • Actively look for ways to make the program more effective. Identify areas of concern and opportunity and present them to the office team for action.
  • Represent Feld Entertainment /Motor Sports in a professional manner at assigned events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Technical degree in mechanics or a vocational certificate is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language is a preferred qualification for this position.
  • Demonstrated skills in mechanics and repair required.
  • Previous mechanical experience /or a technical degree in engineering or a vocational certificate is preferred.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Must be task-oriented to meet deadlines.
  • Must have strong skills in team building and critical thinking.
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift, stand, climb, and reach.

The Senior Manager / Director International Tax has a visible role, working closely with the VP to identify, develop, and implement tax structures which align with business strategies.  The position will oversee international aspects of the US tax compliance and be responsible for ensuring local country tax compliance in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.  This includes US foreign and local country income tax compliance and planning, local country indirect tax compliance (VAT/GST, etc.), transfer pricing, local country payroll, etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Local Country Income Tax Compliance – work closely with local country external tax providers to ensure accurate and timely compliance with local country laws; oversee extension and estimated payment calculations; oversee annual tax provision workbooks; review work papers; review tax return packages, including associated schedules, forms, and statements, to be e-filed and mailed; ensure proper documentation of the Company’s filing methodologies and positions; accounting related to deferred foreign withholding taxes; and assist with local country income related projects as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Accounting or equivalent experience. 
  • Master’s Degree in Taxation (MST) strongly preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or candidate preferred
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) license or Master of Tax Laws (LLM) preferred, not required
  • 10-20 years of prior tax experience including federal and international tax compliance in a public accounting firm or medium to large size company with multiple subsidiaries.  Prior experience with multiple local country direct and indirect tax returns a plus. Knowledge of corporate taxation is a plus. Understanding of ASC 740 and tax accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Windows, and Adobe required.
  • Experience with ERP software, tax provision software (OneSource Tax Provision), and tax return preparation software (CorpTax) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are required.
  • Must be positive, professional, ethical, honest, and trustworthy. Must have the ability to work closely with others and collaborate in a team environment.

The Body Refurb Technician is responsible for the assessment and repair of damaged Monster Jam Monster Truck body panels. Repairs include cleaning, preparation, refinishing of fiberglass, and painting Monster Jam truck bodies. The repairs’ locations will fluctuate
between the Monster Jam body shop and on assigned touring units both domestic and international.

Essential Functions
  • Preparation of new and used raw fiberglass body panels and components.
  • Clean, repair, restore, refurbish, or replacement of fiberglass panels and/or body components.
  • Removal of damaged body parts and components to inspect and determine value.
  • Grind, sand, drill buff and or prime new, refurbish, or repaired surfaces of Monster Jam Bodies to complete the outer and inner shells.
  • Spray with various mediums.
  • Pre-align and assembly components to complete the outer shell to verify fit, in preparation for paint or vinyl application. Realign and or repair body panels of structural or non-structural components.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, service, and performance of all personal and safety equipment.
  • Implement routine shop maintenance and cleaning schedules.
  • Maintain and repair all equipment, tools, and supplies while with the touring unit
  • Assist Management to ensure inventory/supplies are stocked for the Body Shop, will also be responsible for reporting order needs to Body Shop Manager.
  • Responsible for following rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by “Feld Entertainment, Inc.” best practices as they pertain to the Experience.
  • Basic knowledge of an Automotive Body Shop is preferred.
Job Requirements
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or Technical school; or onto three years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated skills in fabrication repair and painting required.
  • Proficient in automotive painting, masking, and spraying techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in the mediums that apply to automotive such as paint, epoxy, clear coats, fiberglass, auto body plastic fillers and polyester putties, etc.
  • Must have strong fabrication ability.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for up to 50% of the year

  • Must be able to quickly and proficiently operate a variety of sewing machine types, including but not limited to, industrial and domestic machines and sergers.
  • Very strong hand sewing skills.
  • Experience with a very wide variety of materials: chiffon to velour, netting to leather.
  • Must be good at measuring and cutting with accuracy.  Capable of minor flat pattern drafting with accuracy.
  • Physically able to sit or stand (and sometimes crouch) for long periods of time, as well as bend, climb, lift and wrangle large amounts of fabric.
  • Very good organization, time management and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Working knowledge of carving and flat patterning foam used in large props is a plus.
  • Familiarity with costume crafts skills is a plus (adhesive, hand tools, wire, 3D fabric manipulation, etc.).
