The Account Manager is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team within the organization and contributing to the overall growth of the department. A successful account manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. The account manager will be responsible for client growth, activation, licensing, and retention of multiple accounts.

Essential Functions
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for corporate clients and licensees.
  • Keep an open line of communication with clients and internal staff to relay all details and strategies needed to successfully implement the client program.

Essential Functions
  • Assist and coordinate projects as well as provide administrative support to the Global Partnerships Department.
  • Support in compiling partner-specific information and building weekly/quarterly sponsorship fulfillment reports and end-of-year recaps.

The Sr. Manager, Activations operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements and product demonstrations though live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. This individual will offer leadership, guidance, and training in all areas of the activation to include, but not limited to, program development and budgeting, materials and equipment, staffing, transportation, procedures and P&L management.

The Sr. Manager, Activations is responsible for managing programs within the group to include production, quality control and delivery schedule, while controlling labor costs, monitoring team output, and ensuring activation standards are met.   • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships Account team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements on behalf of partner brands while providing proof of performance and client management for each activation.
  • Assist Global Partnerships with current partner renewals and new business development through ideation, budgeting, and support during the sales process.

  • Must have a proven track record of effectively delegating and setting client and department objectives.
  • Experience operating programs domestically and internationally a plus.

The Accounts Payable Specialist for Vendor Compliance will manage the integrity of the vendor master data within the financial system in a secured manner that protects the customer data.  The position will manage the functions related to 1099, 1042 and state tax income compliance and reporting.  The candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-site environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.

Essential Functions
  • Manage the integrity of the vendor master data in the financial system.  Perform detailed reviews/audits of all supporting vendor documentation to be processed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain electronic filing system for all records relating to vendor setups, changes, validations and 1099 data in order to document compliance with internal and external requirements. 
  • Use the IRS TIN Matching Program to validate the name and TIN/SSN combination. Work with department contacts and vendors when a discrepancy occurs to obtain accurate information. Respond to B-Notices received from the IRS pertaining to TIN errors.
  • Produce on an annual basis the 1099, 1042 and state reporting forms accurately and in sufficient time to meet the appropriate mailing deadlines. Mail the forms to the vendors who are subject to such reporting. Transmit the electronic filing to the IRS by the required deadline. Manage the vendor self service portal for all tax documentation.

The Production Manager will be the logistical lead on all Creative Services productions. Required Qualifications

The Animatronic Technician works backstage assisting in building, maintaining, and running large scale animatronic props as determined by supervisors in conjunction with the guidelines of best practices during performances. Assists in directing local crews, loading and unloading, and assembling and disassembling of all related show equipment.   • Performs regular administrative duties inherent to the Touring Senior Technician.
  • Responsible for risk control and compliance.
  • Initiates start-up and maintains chiller units during each show, checking mechanical and electrical components, along with checking the oil levels and the radiator levels when generators are required.
  • Maintaining the automatic and manual operations of the chillers.
  • Maintain all operations of the generator during the run of the show.
  • Supervises equipment 24 hours a day while it is operating.
  • Performs maintenance and repair in the Palmetto shop on all equipment used.
  • Accepts all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of chillers, generators, and ice floor equipment specific to Feld Entertainments ice show productions
  • Ability to supervise large groups of people.
  • E.P.A. Universal Certification.

Essential Functions
  • Works with various Departments to develop and administer an organization protocol for issuing and maintaining Waivers of Liability for non-Feld individuals that participate in any Feld event / tour / activity that requires a Waiver of Liability.
  • Works with various Departments to obtain a list of non-Feld individuals that will be attending events and participating in any activity that requires a Waiver of Liability.
  • Works with various Departments to manage the centralization of record keeping for all individuals requiring waiver.
  • Provides back-up support to HR Coordinator for on-boarding new employees onto Payroll.
  • Performs accurate HR data entry into Infor (Lawson) HRIS / Payroll platforms. Runs INFOR queries and analytic reports as needed.
  • Provides recruiting and project support HR Business Partners and Sr. Learning & Development Manager as directed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED required.  Associates degree preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years performing highly detailed administrative functions.
  • Ability to travel as needed for event/tour support of waiver requirements.
Skills & Abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Microsoft Work, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Excel including working knowledge of Excel Add-Ins.
  • Team player that can obtain cooperation across departments along with the initiative & ability to work independently.  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality along with high level of business discretion related to working with HR and Financial information.
