  • Oversees the preparation, review, editing, and documentation of assigned contracts, addendums, amendment, correspondence, and other legal documentation as needed. Maintain and file all documentation in the appropriate file.

The Sr., Manager, Digital Advertising Operations (AdOps) is responsible for creating, implementing, testing, and trouble-shooting digital tracking initiatives based on the requirements provided by agencies, internal strategy, analysts, vendors, and developers. Using that information this person will setup online tracking and then monitor the results for Feld and its agencies. The Ad Operations Supervisor must be accustomed to working in a dynamic, time-compressed, high-tech environment and completing a variety of tasks in parallel. Since this individual will be working with both external agencies along with internal teams, excellent communication and documentation skills are a must. This position is expected to work with limited direction and guidance from the Sr. Director of Paid Digital Strategy & Implementation, to deliver consistent results. This individual is expected to draw heavily on their independent expertise, web development knowledge, and implementation experience to successfully complete their assigned tasks in a timely manner.

  • The Sr. Manager, Digital Advertising Operations will be an expert in web tracking technologies, related tracking platforms and upcoming trends in the space. This spans pixel placements, UTMs, ad copy/promotion relevance and alignment, and reporting/insights/execution.
  • Will proactively conduct in-depth quality assurance through the use of debugging and analytical tools to ensure data accuracy and hygiene. Will be the lead in troubleshooting known or suspected problems with the tagging/tracking technology used in implemented projects.
  • Actively coordinates with current and new Ad Ops vendors holding them to account for timelines, deliverables and meeting key performance indicator benchmarks.  Owns new vendor outreach and helps negotiate for best available rates.
  • Will communicate with internal teams regarding strategy and business needs and create tracking plans to support those endeavors.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously and work under tight deadlines and have strong attention to detail.
  • Proactively research and present new features and functionality within Media Channels to ensure our Creative Services and Brand teams have the best information, that meets customer expectations, to draw from when providing the best customer experience leading to a ticket sale.  Will lead the charge on dynamic creative, personalization, and contextual alignment in all tactics and channels.
  • Owner of all Ad and Marketing tech/creative specs, documenting, educating and informing all necessary stakeholders tied to ad messaging and delivery, including ad mix optimization through the customer journey.
  • Establish a system to connect our AOR with our Creative Services team, ensuring all assets are created and delivered to spec, managing the creative process between the creative team and agency resource.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join the Relationship Marketing team. We are looking for an individual that can pull data from our database, analyze that data, and can tell a story about the insights and actions to be taken from that data set.

This position, based at our corporate headquarters in Ellenton, FL, is also responsible for analyzing data to help develop digital marketing campaigns and analyzing the campaign results.  The incumbent will also assist in profiling/segmenting the Feld customer and maintain the integrity of the customer database by managing the flow of information into the monthly updates.

Essential Job Functions
  • The ability to synthesize large data sets (customer data, purchase data, trend data) and be able to tell a story supported by that data.
  • Help maximize local marketing efforts by producing and interpreting standard sales reports and the Return on Investment (ROI) for digital and email marketing campaigns as they relate to historical sales results and new campaign strategies.
  • Query the customer database to provide detailed market analysis, segmentation, and comparison reports customized for key stakeholders.
  • A clear understanding of how a customer database is built and managed to support future needs of the organization.
  • Work with our regional Event Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that the needs of each geographic region are being met and strategic marketing opportunities for each brand, market, and show are identified.
  • Act as liaison with Relationship Marketing department, database vendor and ticketing agencies, ensuring the receipt and integrity of all data files. Develop new data feed requirements and process as needed for future developments.
  • Maintain the integrity of the customer database by managing the flow of information into the monthly updates and data transformation for ad hoc customer/transaction files. This includes quality control and issue recognition/resolution.
  • Utilizing analytical skills (marketing research, statistics) to assist in analyzing available customer data to help better understanding our customers.
  • Work with Relationship Marketing Director and database vendor to develop data models for customer acquisition and cross selling opportunities.
  • Become an expert in utilizing business analytics tools – SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PowerBI, Datorama, Tableau.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • 4-year college degree and 5 years of marketing analysis experience.
  • Experience in database marketing and managing data flows for database design.
  • Data/Customer segmentation and profiling experience a plus.
  • Direct Marketing and/or Entertainment experience a plus.
  • Expert skill sets with SQL.
  • Comfortable working with and analyzing large amounts of data.
  • The ability to learn new data query skills (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud ampscript).
  • Working knowledge of statistics and statistical modeling techniques (as necessary).
  • The ability to easily transform data from one format to another.
  • Familiarity and use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

IT Systems Security Engineer will be responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of Feld Entertainment’s IT security systems and services, as well as staff education.  You will oversee the response to security incidents and recommend remediation actions.  Proactively you will assist in creating policy and organizational habits to continually reduce the exposure of the business to future threats.  In addition, the engineer will be expected to be involved as an active member of the operations teams assisting with IT projects while providing expertise in best security practices.
