The Account Manager is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team within the organization and contributing to the overall growth of the department. A successful account manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. The account manager will be responsible for client growth, activation, licensing, and retention of multiple accounts.

Essential Functions
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for corporate clients and licensees.

The Sr. Manager, Activations operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements and product demonstrations though live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. This individual will offer leadership, guidance, and training in all areas of the activation to include, but not limited to, program development and budgeting, materials and equipment, staffing, transportation, procedures and P&L management.

The Sr. Manager, Activations is responsible for managing programs within the group to include production, quality control and delivery schedule, while controlling labor costs, monitoring team output, and ensuring activation standards are met. They are responsible for the creative approach and production vision, as well as overseeing day-to-day coordination with various department contributors and management/hiring of activation team operations.

  • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships Account team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements on behalf of partner brands while providing proof of performance and client management for each activation.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for timely processing approved vendor invoices and other payment requests in support of the Company’s global operations.  The candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-site environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.

Essential Functions
  • Processing of vendor invoices and payment requests for items such as capital asset purchases, advertising, consultant payments, contract payments, tax payments, check requests, domestic and international wire transfers.
  • Perform detailed reviews/audits of all documentation supporting payments to be processed in accordance with Company policies and procedures; including matching invoices to purchase orders and verify approval signatures against current authorization lists and dollar limits.

Essential Functions
  • Manage the integrity of the vendor master data in the financial system.  Perform detailed reviews/audits of all supporting vendor documentation to be processed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain electronic filing system for all records relating to vendor setups, changes, validations and 1099 data in order to document compliance with internal and external requirements. 
  • Use the IRS TIN Matching Program to validate the name and TIN/SSN combination. Work with department contacts and vendors when a discrepancy occurs to obtain accurate information. Respond to B-Notices received from the IRS pertaining to TIN errors.
  • Produce on an annual basis the 1099, 1042 and state reporting forms accurately and in sufficient time to meet the appropriate mailing deadlines. Essential Functions

  • Develops and updates processes around how the Paid Digital Advertising department reports on, and paces ad spend to get to the best return on investment (ROI) outcomes working closely with the domestic team to apply learnings to our international efforts and vice versa.  Processes developed will require adaptation to the local market intricacies including the promoter relationship and overall deal structure to understand the LOE and associated approaches for each and every campaign.
  • Co-develops operational processes with the Manager of Ad. Operations, Vice President of Paid Digital Strategy & Implementation, Brand Team(s), Promoter Teams, and Director of Creative Services around Licensed IP guidelines, ad formats, offer messaging, calls to action and landing page continuity to encourage the best customer experience of all of our digital touch points. Job Requirements

  • 5 years experience with operating heavy machinery.
  • Efficient use of computer with typing, email and other software applications.
  • Knowledge of motor sports and all aspects of track building is a benefit.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required.
  • Multi-tasking, planning, and project management at a high level.  Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work long hours in and out of the office.
