Essential Job Functions
  • Assist and coordinate projects as well as provide administrative support to the Global Partnerships Department.
  • Support in compiling partner specific information and building weekly/quarterly sponsorship fulfillment reports and end of year recaps. 
  • Lead various projects pertaining to any sponsor marketing plan or activation. Join internal and external calls when necessary.
  • Help GP Business Manager create/review/update new business & licensing overviews, sales decks, case studies and assist with end of year recaps.
  • Organize, track, and fulfill all ticketing, suite, and hospitality requests.  
Job Requirements
  • 2-4 years in partnership sales, sports marketing, activation, or related industry.

  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for corporate clients.

The Global Partnerships Business Manager will be an integral part of developing sales strategies for new and current partners through developing impactful sponsorship stories around Feld Entertainment’s event properties.

The Business Manager will manage multiple projects while maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients across various time zones and work locations. 

This position will work a hybrid schedule working out of our Ellenton, FL office. This schedule could change to being fully in office in the future.

Essential Job Functions
  • Primary role: Craft data driven documents for new business & licensing overviews, sales decks, case studies, proposals, and spearhead end-of-year recaps.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various Feld departments’ implementation teams.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret consumer data, including TV, social and digital channels to create multi-media programs to attract new Feld partners.
  • Main the current CRM database. Design sales tracking reports and distribute them to all pertinent parties both internally and externally.

  • Under the direction and guidance of the departments Sr. Art Director lead the creative services team on creative development and approval of marketing campaign assets, social campaigns, corporate decks, web, print and email layout designs.

The Production Coordinator will coordinate all Feld Creative Service Production shoots under the direction of the team’s Senior Producer, Producers and Director of Photography. Will work with legal and/or HR to contract freelance crews or hire temporary employees, book travel for production department including tour videographers and Monster Jam broadcast production team. Will partner with Feld Creative Service Production Managers to coordinate all VO sessions, including working with VO Talent Agencies to ensure correct talent is booked and manage the mixing and sweetening schedule for the Audio Producer.  Will assist in managing production budgets and handle the processing and follow up for all production invoices.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate or investment banking and/or corporate treasury or other relevant financial management positions.

Essential Job Functions
  • Prepare and review computations, workpapers, schedules, and other items related to income tax return filings, annual income tax provisions, and estimated and extension payments, for federal, state, local, and foreign jurisdictions while ensuring proper documentation of the Company’s filing methodologies.
  • Prepare and proper document the Company’s property tax, franchise tax returns and other filings, and prepares international indirect tax filings.

Job Requirements
  • BS/BA in accounting or equivalent experience. 
  • Current CPA license, CPA candidate, Masters - Taxation or J.D. strongly preferred. 
  • 1-3 years of prior tax experience including domestic federal, state, and local tax compliance in a public accounting firm or medium to large size company with multiple subsidiaries. Prior experience with multiple state sales tax and state income tax returns a plus.

Essential Job Functions
  • Act as primary liaison between corporate, tour and venue for assigned engagements. Work closely and maintain constant communication with the Show Manager, the Promoter, Routing & Tours and venue representatives to address on-site issues, unexpected costs, and to ensure that all parties adhere to the provisions of the contract.
  • Review all engagement contracts & addendums for terms and conditions of assigned engagements.
  • Review and validate box office statements documenting ticket sales and distribution.
  • Administer and track usage of complimentary tickets, insuring adherence to the company's usage and documentation policies.
  • Prepare a preliminary "pre-settlement" for each engagement, intended to cover/include all specific contractual provisions, anticipate expected costs, contractual issues, and any disputed items resolved between the parties.
  • Conduct the final settlement with the local promoter or the venue for each engagement.
  • Manage, control, and maintain a full accounting of all local show expenses, taxes, performer fees, etc..
  • Manage, control, and maintain personnel manifests for the purposes of foreign tax reporting and/or withholding.
  • Facilitate vendor payments by reviewing support documentation, acquiring approvals, and submitting for payment.
  • Monitor actual vs budgeted cost and assist in the creation of budgets for both show overhead and local engagement costs.
  • Assist with compiling payroll information for unit employees and submit to corporate Payroll by established processing deadlines to ensure that unit employees are paid timely and accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and post-engagement reports on a timely basis as required by company policies and procedures. 
  • Manage expense report processing (within the Travel and Entertainment program – Concur.)  Manage, control, and maintain virtual American Express payments for group hotel bookings.
  • Create and manage purchase order process for tour expenses (marketing, local costs).
  • Assist accounting with monthly accruals for tour expenses.
  • Other projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • BS/BA in accounting, finance or related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work on a broad range of financial/accounting projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to adapt in an ever changing, fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and initiative, and ability to exercise independent judgment. Flexibility and the ability to multi-task among competing and changing priorities are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to work comfortably with people of very diverse personalities, backgrounds and cultures. Knowledge of foreign cultures and multiple languages are a definite plus.
