The Account Manager is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team within the organization and contributing to the overall growth of the department.
 
A successful account manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. The account manager will be responsible for the growth and retention of multiple licensees. This role will focus on value creation and delivery across the portfolio, while communicating with the account management team daily on function and long-term direction and strategy.

The Sr. Manager, Activations operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements and product demonstrations though live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. This individual will offer leadership, guidance, and training in all areas of the activation to include, but not limited to, program development and budgeting, materials and equipment, staffing, transportation, procedures and P&L management.

The Sr. Manager, Activations is responsible for managing programs within the group to include production, quality control and delivery schedule, while controlling labor costs, monitoring team output, and ensuring activation standards are met. They are responsible for the creative approach and production vision, as well as overseeing day-to-day coordination with various department contributors and management/hiring of activation team operations.

Essential Job Functions
  • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships Account team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements on behalf of partner brands while providing proof of performance and client management for each activation.
  • Assist Global Partnerships with current partner renewals and new business development through ideation, budgeting, and support during the sales process.
  • Work closely with all inter-company department heads directly to help ensure effective development, production, resourcing, and operations management of the Activations line of business.
  • Participate in managing, hiring, training, retaining, and mentoring touring activation team members.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to each client and program.
  • Manage all pre-event coordination and planning including tour routing, event and location scouting, event contracting and management of sponsorship inclusions, and production riders.
  • Work directly with outside partners and vendors to oversee all phases of the production process including design, fabrication, print, staffing, venues & sponsorship, routing & transportation, maintenance, and other operational needs.  
  • Assist with onsite support of event activations and client meetings when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications, Business Operations or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in activation activities for corporate clients demonstrating a knowledge of event production and touring operations, preferably within the experiential marketing, event/tradeshow marketing industries.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Agency or brand experience in the B2B or B2C space is a plus. Specifically, with developing and/or producing a touring exhibit.
  • Must have a proven track record of effectively delegating and setting client and department objectives.
  • Experience operating programs domestically and internationally a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Automotive, Toys, CPG, Electronics & Gaming, Food & Beverage, Beer & Spirit, or lifestyle brand categories preferred.  
  • Must be willing and able to travel approximately 30 – 35%.

The Senior Manager, Global Partnerships has mainly internal facing responsibilities with some external facing responsibilities as well, ranging from business management and reporting insights to clients—business development, sales, strategy, high-quality client delivery, and events. The Show Support Manager will be fully responsible for receiving, assessing and documenting all show refurbishment needs.  This includes all scheduled and unexpected refurbs that come into the HW department on a daily basis.  This position will oversee all administrative requirements associated with these assignments; determining what needs to be done and generating the necessary paperwork, filing of documents and supplying the required resolutions.  The successful person in this position will be very “shop knowledgeable” and able to offer hands-on support in various skills needed, which may include welding, electrical, sculpting, construction and scenic painting.

Essential Functions
  • Receive ALL show refurb requests on a daily basis, document receipt and assess the need.
  • Direct contact on refurb and repair matters concerning traveling shows. As the refurbs come into the shop, the show support manager oversees their arrival and documentation, then manages what needs to be done.
  • Offers first-hand support to repair problems as needed or delegate assignment to a skilled person in the shop.  Must oversee that endeavor and be solely responsible for seeing to it that it’s completed in its entirety and delivered back to the given show.
  • Coordinates ALL refurb and repair with requestors and shop management.
  • Is responsible for sourcing equipment, materials and tools necessary to solve all refurb problems. 
Qualifications
  • High school graduate, two-year college degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years working behind the scenes on traveling shows with strong technical aptitude in the areas of construction, lighting, scenic installation and props, fabrication and more.
  • Industry experience is mandatory.  Must be imminently knowledgeable of pack and go travel entertainment shows.
  • Various trade certifications germane to the world of show technical responsibilities are not required, but are welcome.
Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of standard computer software, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, email and/or similar.
  • Must have solid working, hands-on experience in most shop-oriented skills; carpentry, paint, welding fabrication, sculpting and electrical.

The Engine Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the Engine Specialist in disassembling, assembling, tuning and other processes of building high performance engines. They will also manage the engine department budgets, overhead, and capital expenditures. Working with the Monster Jam Global parts department in keeping stock of all engine related parts and supplies. Develops and maintains client relationships and Identifies potential business partners.

The Manager, Digital Advertising Operations (AdOps) is responsible for creating, implementing, testing and trouble-shooting digital tracking initiatives based on the requirements provided by agencies, internal strategy, promoters, analysts, vendors and developers. Using that information this person will setup online tracking and then monitor the results for Feld and its agencies.   • The Manager, Digital Advertising Operations will be an expert in web tracking technologies, related tracking platforms and upcoming trends in the space. They will be required to learn new technologies and systems as the need arises.  Moreover, they will be expected to stay abreast of privacy laws to ensure Feld Entertainment remains at the forefront of customer privacy around the globe, working closely with our privacy and database team.

This spans pixel placements, UTMs, ad copy/promotion relevance and alignment, and reporting/insights/execution.
  • Will proactively conduct in-depth quality assurance through the use of debugging and analytical tools to ensure data accuracy and hygiene. Will be the lead in troubleshooting known or suspected problems with the tagging/tracking technology used in implemented projects.

  • Works with the Vice President to author the vision of our internal and external resources towards ongoing budget optimization, pacing, customer insights, spend reconciliation, lead generation, ad-hoc reporting, website journey optimization, internal/external stakeholder management, education and cross department communications.  Constantly project managing, synthesizing multi-departmental conclusions, and holding stakeholders on the RACI to account.
  • Develops and updates processes around how the Paid Digital Advertising department reports on, and paces ad spend to get to the best return on investment (ROI) outcomes working closely with the domestic team to apply learnings to our international efforts and vice versa.  Processes developed will require adaptation to the local market intricacies including the promoter relationship and overall deal structure to understand the LOE and associated approaches for each and every campaign.
