The Account Manager is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team within the organization and contributing to the overall growth of the department.
 
A successful account manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. The account manager will be responsible for client growth, activation, and retention of multiple accounts.
 
The Account Manager , Activation operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative marketing campaigns through consumer engagements and product demonstrations at live events and on social/digital platforms representing Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. Essential Job Functions
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for corporate clients.
  • Keep an open line of communication with clients and internal staff to relay all details and strategy needed to successfully implement the client program.
  • Identify client goals and objectives of the partnership and develop best practices to deliver measurable results to the client.
  • Create and maintain relationships within all levels of the client's organization from day-to-day contact through the executive management team.
  • Target areas for up-sell of current program and opportunities for client integration within other properties and capabilities.
  • Support the implementation and execution of client activations at events.
  • Develop and monitor operating budgets for client activation.
  • Communicate deliverables and highlights to client including year-end fulfillment report.
  • Track results and changing market conditions and take corrective action if needed to ensure client marketing initiatives are met and renewal achieved.
  • Work closely with all inter-company department heads directly to help ensure effective development, production, resourcing, and operations management of the Activations line of business.
  • Participate in managing, hiring, training, retaining, and mentoring touring activation team members. Select team members may sit within other Feld departments, with accountability to the Activation team.
  • Provide support for the activations onsite when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Business Administration or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, sponsorship sales, digital advertising, content creation and implementation, product marketing or related fields, preferably within the experiential marketing, event/tradeshow marketing industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, and personable – be customer service driven and strong proven creative thought process.
  • Agency or brand experience in the B2B or B2C space, specifically with developing and/or producing a touring exhibit.
  • Must have a proven track record of effectively delegating and setting client and department objectives.
  • Experience managing programs domestically and internationally a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Automotive, Toys, CPG, Electronics & Gaming, Food & Beverage, Beer & Spirit, or lifestyle brand categories preferred. 
  • Understand and manage accounts throughout the complete sales cycle.
  • Must be willing and able to travel approximately 30 – 35% of the time.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

The Sr. Manager, Activations operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements and product demonstrations though live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. This individual will offer leadership, guidance, and training in all areas of the activation to include, but not limited to, program development and budgeting, materials and equipment, staffing, transportation, procedures and P&L management.

The Sr. Manager, Activations is responsible for managing programs within the group to include production, quality control and delivery schedule, while controlling labor costs, monitoring team output, and ensuring activation standards are met. They are responsible for the creative approach and production vision, as well as overseeing day-to-day coordination with various department contributors and management/hiring of activation team operations.

  • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships Account team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements on behalf of partner brands while providing proof of performance and client management for each activation.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for timely processing approved vendor invoices and other payment requests in support of the Company’s global operations.  The candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-site environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.

Essential Job Functions
  • Processing of vendor invoices and payment requests for items such as capital asset purchases, advertising, consultant payments, contract payments, tax payments, check requests, domestic and international wire transfers.
  • Perform detailed reviews/audits of all documentation supporting payments to be processed in accordance with Company policies and procedures; including matching invoices to purchase orders and verify approval signatures against current authorization lists and dollar limits.
  • For each invoice or payment request, verify that the GL distribution/account coding is appropriate and consistent with the type of expense, the legal entity and the operating department that originated the purchase.
  • Review the type of purchase for appropriate tax liability.  
  • Ensure that invoices and other payment requests are accurately data-entered and imaged into the processing system.
  • Partner with procurement to resolve purchase order/invoice matching issues and pricing discrepancies by proactively contracting appropriate company representative and/or the vendor.
  • Research and resolve inquiries related to invoices and scheduled payments.  Respond via email and phone to vendor inquiries.  
  • Provide ongoing support and internal customer service to business partners.

The Application Analyst serves as an intermediary between Information Technology and internal customers at Feld Entertainment. The position will be responsible for meeting with internal customers and vendors to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and document the findings. The Analyst must possess the aptitude to quickly learn and support new applications.

  • Gather and disseminate information pertaining to business/financial/legal conditions for financial analysis, transportation issues, operation issues, etc.

Qualifications
  • B.A. Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of the international political-economic systems in targeted areas and 5 years of related International experience.

  • Organizational, financial and negotiation skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate computer and associated software including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Ability to travel throughout the International Regions on a regular basis
  • Ability to form strong relationships and interact with people of various cultures and nationalities.
