The Account Manager is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team within the organization and contributing to the overall growth of the department. 

A successful account manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. The account manager will be responsible for client growth, activation and retention of multiple accounts.

Essential Job Functions
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for corporate clients.
  • Keep an open line of communication with clients and internal staff to relay all details and strategy needed to successfully implement the client program.

  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, and personable – be customer service driven and strong proven creative thought process.

  • Primary role: Craft data driven documents for new business & licensing overviews, sales decks, case studies, proposals, and spearhead end-of-year recaps.

Job Requirements

  • Some event and meeting travel may be required.

The Sr. Manager, Activations operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements and product demonstrations though live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. This individual will offer leadership, guidance, and training in all areas of the activation to include, but not limited to, program development and budgeting, materials and equipment, staffing, transportation, procedures and P&L management.

The Sr. Manager, Activations is responsible for managing programs within the group to include production, quality control and delivery schedule, while controlling labor costs, monitoring team output, and ensuring activation standards are met. They are responsible for the creative approach and production vision, as well as overseeing day-to-day coordination with various department contributors and management/hiring of activation team operations.

  • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships Account team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements on behalf of partner brands while providing proof of performance and client management for each activation.
  • Assist Global Partnerships with current partner renewals and new business development through ideation, budgeting, and support during the sales process.
  • Work closely with all inter-company department heads directly to help ensure effective development, production, resourcing, and operations management of the Activations line of business.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications, Business Operations or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in activation activities for corporate clients demonstrating a knowledge of event production and touring operations, preferably within the experiential marketing, event/tradeshow marketing industries.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Agency or brand experience in the B2B or B2C space is a plus. Specifically, with developing and/or producing a touring exhibit.
  • Must have a proven track record of effectively delegating and setting client and department objectives.
  • Experience operating programs domestically and internationally a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Automotive, Toys, CPG, Electronics & Gaming, Food & Beverage, Beer & Spirit, or lifestyle brand categories preferred.  
  • Must be willing and able to travel approximately 30 – 35%.

Essential Functions
  • Manage all 2D and 3D creative design, layout and final product of all track and pit party designs for motorsports properties, including Supercross, Monster Jam stadium and arena tours. 
  • Work with live event team to update track designs weekly for necessary course changes.
  • Build and maintain track design and obstacle library.
  • Create overview layout of Monster Jam pit parties and Supercross pit space, to include layout for all activations, teams, sponsors, and back of house areas.
  • Manage and maintain yearly Monster Jam track guidelines for safety and consistency.
  • Serves as in-house consultant to the Risk & Safety Department to create and manage diagrams for front of house safety holds for all motorsports properties.

  • Travel to events, manage staff to implement all design changes and collect data from results.

  • Set up, supervise, execute any Monster Jam events when necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The Tour Coordinator (TC) provides support and assistance to the Tour Manager of a traveling Monster Jam show by helping with the day-to-day operations of the Unit, in conjunction with the guidelines of best practices for Monster Jam Show Operations and Feld Entertainment. The TC implements and disseminates all administrative processes such as new hire paperwork, transportation, lodging, immigration, work visas/permits, and manages workers compensation reporting while on tour. The TC also facilitates all public relations activities for the Unit and acts as a liaison between the Feld Corporate offices, Field Public Relations Department, Corporate PR and the Unit.

Essential Job Functions
  • Responsible for ensuring completion and implementation of all required employee documentation to support the hiring and work permit/visa process.
  • Responsible for coordinating transportation for all Unit personnel from home base location to tour engagement, city to city, and hotel to venue.
  • Responsible for arranging hotel accommodations for all Unit personnel for the duration of the tour while being mindful of the budgetary restraints for each engagement. During each week of show engagement, the TC will settle and pay the hotel bill directly with hotel contact and will attain appropriate supporting documentation of settlement.  
  • Responsible for communicating specific information to Unit personnel and Feld corporate offices for each engagement, including but not limited to healthcare/dental & workers compensation information, hotel & venue information, show schedules, call times, travel information, etc.. 
  • Responsible for coordinating all communication involved in obtaining work permits and visas for all show personnel traveling from country to country during the tour, as well as prior to the start of the tour.
  • Responsible for submitting report summaries at the beginning and end of every engagement including, but not limited to hotel reports, transportation reports, PR summaries, etc..
  • Functions as the liaison between the Regional Marketing Team, Corporate PR, and the Unit to ensure proper coordination and supervision of all public relations activities. 
  • Responsible for own professional standards of conduct, appearance, and workmanship in respective job.
  • Responsible for following and administering the rules, regulations, guidelines, and best practices pertaining to Monster Jam Shows, as set forth by “Feld Entertainment, Inc.”.
  • All other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Associates degree or some college (preferred, but not required) or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically 70%-80% of the time. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and passport.
