We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join the Relationship Marketing team. We are looking for an individual that can pull data from our database, analyze that data, and can tell a story about the insights and actions to be taken from that data set.

  • The ability to synthesize large data sets (customer data, purchase data, trend data) and be able to tell a story supported by that data.

The Activations Manager operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements and product demonstrations though live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands.   • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships Account team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements on behalf of partner brands while providing proof of performance and client management for each activation.   • Review, analyze and reconcile general ledger activity and account balances relating to assigned financial activity/transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Document and record necessary adjustments in accordance with established company policies, procedures and due dates. Insure that assigned GL account balances are supported by and/or reconciled to appropriate documentation or subsidiary ledgers, with appropriate audit trails.
  • Lead and coordinate internal audit processes to ensure audit objectives are met and risk areas are covered.
  • Lead and coordinate the external audit process, monitor and research changes in GAAP and new business activities that could or should result in changes to accounting policies or positions.
  • Audit and clean-up of Domestic and International Accounts.
  • Perform overall quality control reviews of financial statements and other operational reporting relating to consolidated operations, to insure that data integrity is maintained, established control procedures are performed, significant errors or omissions are identified and corrected, and surprises are avoided. Oversee/review the integrity of general ledger accounting and reporting for all domestic and international legal entities, and minimize adjustments resulting from external audit procedures. Direct maintenance of the general ledger chart of accounts and ensure the integrity of all system generated reporting.
  • Function as the key accounting department liaison with the Tax Department and all other corporate support departments. Attend planning and status meetings, proactively identify and communicate existing and potential financial/accounting issues that could impact or be impacted by planned activities. Participate in and support corporate and other overhead budget and forecasting activities. Review contracts relating to corporate/shared support activities for financial/accounting implications.
  • Serve on process improvement and system implementation project teams as requested. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor. 
  • Assist in the development of standard and ad hoc internal and external financial reports. Prepare special reports, analyses and schedules in support of the annual external audits as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate or public accounting.
  • Previous experience in a larger company environment with exposure to multi-level consolidations and international operations is preferred.

  • Previous experience as a Financial auditor/CPA preferred.

  • Liquidity and Risk:
  • Manage liquidity in all global bank accounts across multiple countries and currencies.  Oversee cash management of disbursements, clearances, investment and debt activity including management of revolving credit line.  Serve as final internal approver on various international wire/ACH payments.  
  • Manage and maintain ongoing global cashflow forecasting process while determining the most cost and tax-effective method of managing cash balances.   Present cash forecast to company ownership and senior executive team and provide weekly variance analyses. 
  • In close partnership with VP of Finance, identify and measure current and potential foreign exchange (FX) exposure.  Develop and implement global strategies and processes to manage foreign currency risk exposures.  Seek ways to minimize FX exposures by netting local expenses, tax payments, and other cash outflows where possible.  Partner with Accounting and Tax to ensure both compliance and efficiency in repatriation of foreign currencies.
  • Treasury Operations:
  • Maintain treasury policies and SOP’s.  Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash balances.  Serve as Treasury liaison for global cash handling procedures.
  • Pursue and manage domestic and international banking relationships and oversee bank account compliance with regulatory requirements for treasury activity.  Where possible, seek methods to streamline bank accounts and/or banking relationships.  Manage letters of credit/bank guarantees.  Understand OFAC/KYC/AML/FBAR/Dodd Frank/PCI Compliances.
  • Credit Card/Merchant Account Processes: Manage and pursue merchant account relationships globally in support of Feld’s global Consumer Products sales with an understanding of country-specific payment methodologies and consumer preferences.

The Sr., Manager, Digital Advertising Operations (AdOps) is responsible for creating, implementing, testing, and trouble-shooting digital tracking initiatives based on the requirements provided by agencies, internal strategy, analysts, vendors, and developers. Using that information this person will setup online tracking and then monitor the results for Feld and its agencies.
