The Account Manager is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team within the organization and contributing to the overall growth of the department. A successful account manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. The account manager will be responsible for client growth, activation, licensing, and retention of multiple accounts.

Essential Functions
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for corporate clients and licensees.
  • Keep an open line of communication with clients and internal staff to relay all details and strategies needed to successfully implement the client program.

The Global Partnerships (GP) Project Manager will be a vital part of assisting and supporting Feld’s GP Account Management, Sales, and Licensing team. Essential Functions
  • Assist and coordinate projects as well as provide administrative support to the Global Partnerships Department.
  • Support in compiling partner-specific information and building weekly/quarterly sponsorship fulfillment reports and end-of-year recaps.

The Activations Project Manager operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements, and product demonstrations through live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. This individual will provide support within all areas of experiential activations including but not limited to, program development and budgeting, sourcing materials and equipment, hiring and training staff, logistics, and transportation coordination, venue research and communication, and other event production and execution procedures.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships Account team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements on behalf of partner brands.
  • Assist the Account team with current partner renewals and new business development through ideation, budgeting, and support during the sales process.

The Sr. Manager, Activations operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements and product demonstrations though live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. This individual will offer leadership, guidance, and training in all areas of the activation to include, but not limited to, program development and budgeting, materials and equipment, staffing, transportation, procedures and P&L management.

The Sr. Manager, Activations is responsible for managing programs within the group to include production, quality control and delivery schedule, while controlling labor costs, monitoring team output, and ensuring activation standards are met. They are responsible for the creative approach and production vision, as well as overseeing day-to-day coordination with various department contributors and management/hiring of activation team operations.

This person is a strong 3D animator and motion graphic designer. Is an expert compositor, and modeler and is well versed in font explorations. Qualifications
  • Experience working with and supervising large, multi-national groups, and unionized labor (e.g. Equity, I.A.T.S.E, Teamsters, etc.)
  • 10 years experience in technical operations for live touring productions
  • Knowledge of MS Office & computer drafting applications
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport; and be willing to travel in the U.S. and internationally for weeks at a time
  • Knowledge of theatrical terms and directions, stagecraft, lighting, audio engineering, stage set construction, basic wood and metal fabrication, domestic and international logistic planning, basic rigging techniques / safety, visa / immigration processes; and the ability to evaluate ice skating and theatrical performances

Essential Job Functions
  • Advance all operational and administrative aspects of the events including: pre-event planning, load in/out process, and most importantly the execution of the event.
  • Coordinate event logistics with all other internal departments, including Marketing, Feld Consumer Products, Routing & Tours, and Track Construction. 
  • Supervise/manage all event staff as well as performers (crews can be in excess of 40 people, and upwards to 100 when including local labor).

Job Requirements

Essential Functions
  • Review individual engagement ticketing factsheets, provided by the promoters within the Event Marketing & Sales Department, for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and resolve any issues with the appropriate EM&S Manager.
  • To communicate with Tour Operations staff pertaining to production holds, Routing and Tours regarding contracts, and Relationship Marketing relating to email marketing.
  • Generate box office instructions and proof against the approved factsheet.
  • Forward the box office instructions to the individual venue box offices and work with the box office staff to resolve any questions they might have. Confirm the venue will complete the building of the event in their system within the timeline prescribed.
  • Verify the venue box office ticketing set-up is accurate and consistent with the factsheet relating to on sale dates, standard pricing, discounts, service charges, facility fees, online information and proper sales channels enabled. Make any needed corrections, and re-proof, as necessary. Check offers online as well as ensure that online information is accurate and consistent meeting all company criteria.
  • Effective communication with the necessary parties regarding the timely completion of the event build as it relates to the event going on sale as scheduled.

The Risk Analyst is essential to the daily operation of the Risk Management Department, providing technical, analytical and administrative support to the Senior Director of Risk Management for insurance program management, business continuity and risk identification and control.

Essential Functions
  • Provide support for insurance renewals and program management.
  • Review and process reports of accidents and injuries to insurance companies, third-party claims administrators and/or insurance brokers.
  • Assist claims adjusters and others by conducting internal investigations with operating units to determine liability or compensability for claims brought against the Company.
  • Maintain and update business continuity impact assessments.
  • Assist business units with development and maintenance of business continuity plans.
  • Assist with design and execution of tabletop exercises.
  • Prepare Certificates of Insurance for engagements, promotional events, logistics, etc. in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Perform accounting duties related to workers compensation, general liability and auto liability claims expense.
  • Maintain claims data for statistical analysis in the RMIS.
  • Provide accurate and timely information in response to requests from internal stake holders via telephone, email, etc.
  • Provide support to Senior Director of Risk Management to include department mail processing, bill and expense payment preparation, filing and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Risk Management.
  • CPCU, ABCP, or ARM designations preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.  Database management skills preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Great organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills.

Essential Functions
  • Assist VP of International Legal Affairs, and Immigration Counsel, with international immigration matters related to non-U.S. tours and events (including high-volume and time-sensitive information gathering, document completion & review, work permit filings, visa appointment scheduling, and travel instructions).
  • Manage and maintain (without error for a high volume of cases) detailed and accurate tracking spreadsheets, and other relevant immigration tracking documents/files, as requested by the supervisor.
  • Manage the preparation and processing of supporting aspects related to immigration case filings, such as check requests, assembly of petition package materials, and express mailing.
  • As needed, assist the VP of International Legal Affairs, and Immigration Counsel, with the preparation, filing, and tracking of Form I-129 nonimmigrant petitions for company employees. 
  • Assist VP of International Legal Affairs, as needed, with other general overflow legal matters.
  • Perform administrative functions for supervising attorney, as needed, such as document and file maintenance, photocopying/scanning, and mail.
  • Travel to embassies and consulates in DC as necessary to complete visa applications or other related documentation. 
Job Requirements
  • College degree; paralegal/legal assistant degree/experience preferred.
  • Experience preparing and filing immigration cases, and the scheduling of visa appointments are preferred. 
  • Ability to independently and accurately manage tracking documents on the immigration status of employees, including detailed Excel spreadsheets. 
  • Ability to prepare a high volume of time-sensitive immigration case-related materials without error.
  • Ability to communicate with touring unit personnel for purposes of scheduling, and completion of information and documentation for immigration
  •  Must comport oneself in a professional manner (both within the company and externally), and be flexible in responding to work demands.
