The Account Manager is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team within the organization and contributing to the overall growth of the department. A successful account manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. The account manager will be responsible for client growth, activation, licensing, and retention of multiple accounts.

Essential Functions
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for corporate clients and licensees.
  • Keep an open line of communication with clients and internal staff to relay all details and strategies needed to successfully implement the client program.

The Activations Project Manager operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements, and product demonstrations through live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. This individual will provide support within all areas of experiential activations including but not limited to, program development and budgeting, sourcing materials and equipment, hiring and training staff, logistics, and transportation coordination, venue research and communication, and other event production and execution procedures.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships Account team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagements on behalf of partner brands.
  • Assist the Account team with current partner renewals and new business development through ideation, budgeting, and support during the sales process.

  • Agency or brand experience in the B2B or B2C space is a plus. Specifically, with developing and/or producing a touring exhibit.
  • Experience operating programs domestically and internationally is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Automotive, Toys, CPG, Electronics & Gaming, Food & Beverage, Beer & Spirit, or lifestyle brand categories preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to travel approximately 30 – 35%

The Sr. Manager, Activations operates within a global entertainment organization that provides strategic and creative event productions, consumer engagements and product demonstrations though live events and social/digital platforms on behalf of Feld Entertainment properties and partner brands. The Sr. Manager, Activations is responsible for managing programs within the group to include production, quality control and delivery schedule, while controlling labor costs, monitoring team output, and ensuring activation standards are met. The Supercross Coordinator is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team on-site at Supercross events. A successful Supercross Coordinator must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. Essential Functions
  • Keep an open line of communication with the Account Manager to relay all details needed to successfully implement and execute partner activations at events.

The Art Director is a conceptual expert and strategic leader who understands how to create a comprehensive brand campaign for multiple properties. This person is a strong 3D animator and motion graphic designer. Is an expert compositor, and modeler and is well versed in font explorations. They have a well-rounded dynamic portfolio demonstrating their holistic design strategy across 2D & 3D video and character animations with the goal of enhancing video productions, live event LED displays, corporate videos, social and digital content. Will maintain broadcast-quality graphics, logo animations, and character animation on both 2D and 3D platforms. Capable of sketching and storyboarding concepts to implementation of computer-generated concepts. Utilizes 3D and 2D resources to expedite projects but also has the creative vision and skill set to completely design original concepts that meet or exceed producers' direction. They easily pivot to various creative projects, production work, presentations, and challenges that arise across multiple brands, intellectual licensed properties, and in-house corporate needs.   • Under the direction and guidance of the departments, Art Director leads the creative services team on creative development and approval of 2D/3D motion graphics, animation, and conceptual truck designs for broadcast television, high volume video services, and live event graphics, and fleet operations.

Essential Functions
  • As assigned by Feld Creative Service Producers develop and write production concepts and scripts, locate and acquire b-roll, log and transcript footage, stack footage into editable timelines in Adobe Premiere Pro CC as needed, and the ability to research and create image mood boards.
  • Create papercuts of digital content, and broadcast feature edits.
  • Develop production timelines, coordinate production schedules with all necessary parties, and ensure clear communication between show/event units, partners, and both internal and external production crews.
  • When assigned and representing Feld Producers, supervise the video crews while on location to ensure appropriate footage is being acquired. The Photo Producer and Editor work under the leadership of the Sr. Photo Producer managing and directing all assigned photo shoots within the Creative Services team.   Responsible for creating shoot budgets including negotiation with outside photographers, review of estimates, and reconciliation post-shoot. Production Manager will be the logistical lead on all Creative Services productions. Assisting the Director of Productions, Director of Post-Productions, and the video & photo producing teams with scheduling productions, voice-overs, invoicing, and travel needs.
