Responsible for building and managing engagement ticketing information on various ticketing systems across North America. Coordinate with the Event Marketing and Sales Department, venue box offices, and ticketing systems to ensure maximization of ticket sales revenue by effectively and efficiently building events in the timeframe set forth to meet deadlines for events to go on sale. Manage event builds, confirm proper controls are in place and company policies and procedures are followed.
Essential Functions
  • Manage engagement ticketing information provided by the promoters within the Event Marketing & Sales Department. Provide checks and balances to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness for each engagement built with the Engagement Information System. Resolve and manage any issues with the venue, ticketing system, and Event Marketing & Sales team.
  • Coordinate with Tour Operations staff pertaining to production holds, Routing, and Tours regarding contracts, and Relationship Marketing relating to email marketing.
  • Export, reformat, and prepare all box office instructions and proof against the engagement information and venue contract.
  • Submit box office instructions to the individual venue box offices and manage the build process to ensure events are built correctly and met within the deadlines provided.
  • Validate that the venue box office ticketing set-up is accurate and consistent with the financials related to the engagement. Check offers online as well as ensure that online information is accurate and consistent meeting all company criteria.
  • Manage national on-sale calendars to meet all deadlines with effective communication with multiple internal and external parties.
  • Supervise and support all third-party partners for accurate builds and discount offers as well as work with Brand and Creative Services for approval.
  • Assist with the setup of Global Partnership offers and administer Feld Consumer Products online upsells.
  • Work with departments in verifying and compiling both Domestic and International Sales reports for daily distribution to the company.
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Director, Ticketing Operations, and/or Supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sport Management, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in ticketing, business operations, financial analysis, or a related discipline. Live entertainment/ticket sales industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Ticketmaster, Paciolan, AXS, Seat Geek, and/or Box Office experience is strongly preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills are a must. Previous experience in marketing services or automated ticket sales environments is a strong plus.
  • Candidate should have strong business acumen, project management skills, ability to work well and meet deadlines under pressure, keen attention to detail, and experience working both independently as well as in a collaborative environment within multiple levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Candidate should be quick to pick up innovative programs as needed for the role.
  • Hours may vary depending on engagement assignments and special projects.
