Feld Entertainment is looking for a hands-on, creative and zealous, Digital Marketing Manager to manage Feld Entertainment’s portfolio of web properties.  Working within the marketing organization, this individual will report to Director of Digital Marketing and focus on maintaining and growing audiences, increasing storytelling and fan interaction for deeper engagement across internally-controlled digital platforms. In addition, the Manager, Digital Marketing will ensure seamless integration with brand strategies, international, and ecommerce.  This position will be responsible for all day-to-day activity on Feld websites and monitoring website analytics.
Essential Functions
  • Market and monetize company brands through owned and operated digital media platforms (websites, landing pages, interactive promotions, social network profiles, mobile apps, chatbots, etc.).
  • Create/maintain global web properties intended to inform consumers, build trusted relationships with fans, drive ticket sales, and capture data:       
  • Project manage and merchandise all web properties/projects.
  • Determine project scope and requirements and ensure execution of appropriate development contracts.
  • Manage and coordinate production timelines for all stages of web and digital product development.
  • Communicate updates on project timelines.
  • Submit/track tickets with IT, Creative Services, Marketing Services and outside agencies.
  • Post news, photos, videos, show info, and other timely content to web properties.
  • Maintain performance and quality control/quality assurance of all posted information.
  • Understand the customer journey in digital through to purchase, each channel’s role in that journey, and how to optimize.
  • Drive and create engaging content strategies, capture/edit as necessary and post via relevant channels.
  • Write and drive informative, snappy, on-brand web copy for use on all web properties.
  • Coordinate any/all live stream marketing/logistics/operations.
  • Devise/create new revenue streams via new and existing web properties.
  • Work within available interactive marketing tools to promote brands and build campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with agencies and technology partners.
  • Aid overall business with decision support via analytics and consumer intelligence.
  • Lead and educate the team in the development and use of emerging technologies.
  • Lead and educate the team in the development and use of emerging technologies.
  • Create lead acquisition campaigns.
  • Ideate and marketing collateral/campaigns.
  • BS/BA in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing experience (3 years with online focus). 
  • Thorough understanding of SEO, responsive design, content management systems, analytics platforms, social media platforms and global websites.
Skills & Abilities
  • Experience managing creative Agency.
  • Top-notch communication and project management skills.
  • Fluency with web design and programming, and site tracking software is highly desirable.
