Marketing Coordinator - E-Commerce

The coordinator will work collaboratively with the eCommerce Manager in the planning and execution of new and existing event experiences offered through our eCommerce platforms and to support the day-to-day handling of eCommerce sales and eCommerce business functions.
Essential Functions
  • Oversees the daily maintenance of all company consumer product ecommerce functions.
  • Develop and expand the presence, exposure, and growth of online business.
  • Manage administrative functions to support vendor/client resources and fully execute sales and marketing events.
  • Collaborate with manager to create, develop, and implement new business initiatives related to the sales and marketing of consumer products.
  • Travel may be required on an as needed basis.
  • Manages customer service matters related to online customer orders or online experience.
Job Qualifications
  • Associate degree is preferred.
  • One to two years’ experience in a comparable position.
Skills & Abilities
  • Ecommerce experience and sales or marketing experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail (critical for writing/editing and grammar with content posting to live site.)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be a team player. 
  • Superior time management, organizational and negotiating abilities.
  • Ability to be creative and problem-solve.
