The Account Manager is an integral part of representing the Global Partnerships team within the organization and contributing to the overall growth of the department.
A successful account manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, as this is a primary responsibility to establish and build relationships internally and externally. The account manager will be responsible for the growth and retention of multiple licensees. This role will focus on value creation and delivery across the portfolio, while communicating with the account management team daily on function and long-term direction and strategy.  
Essential Job Functions
  • Manage and service the current roster of licensees with daily communication and interaction with a goal of growing their sales at retail.
  • Interact closely with the account management team and business intelligence group.
  • Internal and external project management of partner programs and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the partnership teams to develop assets, programs, and opportunities to provide current and prospective partners value in at and around the Feld portfolio.
  • Lead licensee approval process and execute contracts.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4-6 years of relevant licensing experience. Knowledge of consumer products licensing business and a strong retail understanding is a plus. 
  • Team player with ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
