The E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding online orders, amongst several sites. This position will assist customers with additional questions which may include product inquiries, tracking issues, or order issues. Documentation of customer problems and communications to recap on a monthly basis will be required. This position will ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer questions or concerns. Additional collocation or engagement with others within the company may be required to provide a solution to customer questions.
Essential Functions
  • Acknowledge and respond to customer emails within 24 hours
  • Advise on production selection and offer alternative solutions to customers when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, at all times.
  • Keeps record of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
  • Complete and send a monthly report of customer service issues.
  • Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce manager to understand business updates.
  • Share gatherings from customer interactions and bring any areas of deficiency to the organization’s leaders.
  • This position will require being in office.  
  • High school or equivalent (preferred).
  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupation Experience: 2 years.
  • Exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems (preferred).
Skills & Abilities
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Customer-centric, maintaining a high level of customer focus in any situation.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting attitude.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office.
