The Director of Event Marketing and Sales (West Region) plays a critical role in the development and implementation of Feld’s local marketing campaigns in various markets. Additionally, the Director leads and assists in the development of the West Event Marketing and Sales team by managing one or more manager(s) in the region.
Essential Job Functions
  • Supervise Managers and Regional Managers of Event Marketing and Sales within the West region.
  • Actively participate as a leader of the Event Marketing and Sales team.
  • Develop, coordinate, and direct comprehensive marketing campaigns across West markets.
  • Lead all facets of the sales cycle; generate sales revenue and assist in identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of ticket pricing strategy for assigned markets.
  • Develop and manage partner relationships in the region, including marketing, publicity, and venue partnerships.
  • Develop and manage internal relationships both within the team and the company. 
  • Manage marketing budgets from inception to execution.
  • Develop and assist with creative campaign promotions to support ticket sales.
Job Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing with proven success in sales.
  • Expertise in identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional business analysis and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong quantitative and budgeting management experience.
  • Experience with high-paced environment and managing several tasks and relationships simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as required and flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
