Manages projects and activities for merchandise production by performing the following duties:
Essential Job Functions
  • Coordination and management of art and raw goods to be created with internal and external resources.
  • Main contacts to supply vendors, custom garment makers, embroidery companies and screen printers.
  • Coordination and management of shipping and receiving with the warehouse and individual events on delivery of product.
  • Coordination of product approval process.
  • Creation of product orders and internal purchase orders.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and product production tracking.
  • Assist with the development of new products and sourcing.
  • Coordination of distribution of necessary pictures and logo’s for product manufacturing.
  • Assist with the development and establishment of each property merchandise line.
  • Manage lines that company purchases as finished goods from event licensees.
  • Study current trends in fashion, toys/novelties and online/apps entertainment.
Job Requirements
  • College Diploma, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Three to five years experience in a comparable position.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and ability to quickly learn new web-based programs.
  • Strong negotiation skills a must.
  • Any background in retail, product development, manufacturing or buying a plus.
  • Job may require some travel to events or trade shows. 
  • Strong organization skills and ability or multi-task a must.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet critical deadlines.
  • Must have effective written and oral communications skills.
