JCB DIGatron Debuts this Weekend in San Antonio

When Stadium Championship Series East kicks off its season this Saturday in San Antonio, Texas, all eyes will be on World Finals Racing Champion Tristan England as he pilots the brand-new JCB DIGatron through the tunnel at the Alamodome.

Back on November 13, Monster Jam announced a multi-year partnership which establishes JCB as the “Official Heavy Equipment Partner of Monster Jam,” an agreement which included bringing DIGatron to the track. JCB is the world’s largest privately-owned manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment which makes them a perfect fit with Feld Entertainment.

According to Feld Entertainment COO Juliette Feld-Grossman “The Monster Jam and JCB partnership brings together two long-standing, family businesses that are both committed to providing the highest value to our customers, including performance and innovation.”

When it came time to find a driver, Alice Bamford, the daughter of JCB Chairman Anthony Bamford, simply stated “We wanted a winner,” and they got one!

Enter Tristan England, who is coming off the greatest stretch in his career, where he won a series championship, a World Finals championship, and was named Most Valuable Driver at the Monster Jam Superstar Challenge.

The Paris, Texas native has been the face of Earth Shaker since its debut in 2017, guiding the fan-favorite truck to a Showdown win, 3 series titles, and the 2023 World Finals Racing trophy.

On Inside Monster Jam, an emotional England said it was bittersweet to say goodbye to Earth Shaker and expressed sincere enthusiasm and desire to bring a championship to JCB.

His quest will begin this Saturday January 13 in his home state of Texas.
